No Logo Media (“NLM”) is a talent management agency and digital media company. We represent leading social media influencers who have a presence on platforms like YouTube & Instagram, helping them to conduct sponsored content for brands. We also develop media related ventures with the influencers we represent. Our work centres around the plant-based food and ethical living spaces. Combined, our creators can reach c.3m consumers globally and together, we have conducted promotions for major brands including Adobe, AEG, Bertolli, Nespresso and Waitrose.

Job Overview:
A crucial role in a fast-growing company, our Talent Associate will work closely alongside our CEO to manage interactions between our influencers and partner brands, eventually taking responsibility for several accounts. We hope this individual will be the first of many in the role and will therefore help to further develop best practice for the work. This is still a relatively nascent industry with significant opportunities for growth; we are looking for someone who can help us capitalise on this.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage campaign workflow from brief through to delivery, liaising between clients and talent to ensure content is created and delivered in an impactful and timely manner
o Respond to inbound requests for partnerships, negotiating and then closing sponsorship deals with new and existing clients
o Support in legal negotiations
o Support of creative development of ad campaigns and presentation of results
• Support talent and regularly update them
• Pitch existing clients with ideas for partnerships, helping to give our talent access to our database of partners
• Identify and pitch new clients who we think would benefit from exposure to our talent’s audiences
• Help to identify new influencers we could bring on to our roster
• Develop best practice for the role
• Assistant with the management and development of our new content platform
• Use knowledge of food/sustainability space to think strategically about content opportunities (e.g. seasonal, topical) which could help talent bolster their partnerships

Qualifications
• University Degree
• 2-3 years’ experience in the working environment, preferably in a client or customer facing role
• Creative and entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to try new things
• We look for people who are empathetic and trustworthy
• NLM is a small, ‘flat’ company, willingness to ‘muck in’ and do what is necessary is essential
• Experience in supporting in pitching and sales
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative where necessary
• Keen interest in food and sustainability is a must, preferably with a good intuition for where those spaces are headed


Offices:
• We are based out of the RBS Accelerator offices which will be in the centre of Edinburgh in 2020
