Overview:
Nivaura provides technology to capital markets clients, focusing on legal document automation. The company is growing rapidly and we require a dedicated Communications & Marketing Coordinator with appropriate experience to manage a variety of activities, summarised below. Knowledge of capital markets is not required (although very welcome). Our preference is that the candidate has 2-3 years of experience in related roles. The role is full time, but flexible hours and some remote working could be possible.


Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for a variety of communications and marketing activities,
including:
> Proprietary event coordination (eg end of year client events, seminars).
> Company participation in industry / trade events in various countries.
> Managing several social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
> Managing the corporate website, including design, content, usability.
> Creating and managing corporate collateral (flyers, banners,
presentations).
> Development of promotional and editorial content on episodic basis in conjunction with business, including thought leadership pieces, product updates, case studies.
> Company communications, such as press releases.
> Contribution to marketing campaigns, including copywriting and proofreading.
> Support CRM maintenance
- The role involves working closely with and taking direction from the Chief Commercial Officer, as well as other team members. Coordinating and aggregating multiple inputs will often be necessary.
- In addition, the successful candidate will be required to assess and work with external agencies (website development, video production) on an episodic basis.
- There is potential for some travel based on company participation in industry events.

Skillset:
- Ability to handle and advance a variety of projects, with multiple
stakeholders.
- Details oriented - in particular, an ability to anticipate all aspects of an event.
- Experience in managing online corporate presence
- Ability to help the company project its vision / aspirations.
- Creative or artistic flair.
- Highly organised.
- Self-motivated, looking for opportunities to add value.
- Ability to maintain strike correct tone on social media.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to steer company on industry best practice.
- Experienced PowerPoint user.

Experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience of in-house communications and/or marketing
(required)
- Managing participation in industry / trade events (preferred)
- Running corporate client events (preferred)
- Managing digital presence (website, social media)
- Working at a B2B company (preferred)
- Working at a technology / software company (required)
