We're looking for someone based out of Gurgaon, who either has a Dietetics, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Sports or Fitness background, or is involved with Nutrition in some way, and has worked marketing and communications for a product based company focused on all-round growth.

We would prefer female candidates as some of the health products are tightly focused on women's health. In 2019, Nirogam is on a mission to empower 50 women to become leaders and take charge of transforming health and wellness across the globe.

You must have a few years of experience in Product Marketing and Strategy for a product based company, focused on e-commerce growth. A bonus if you've worked in the dietary supplement/Ayurvedic nutrition space.

You will: be responsible for Marketing, Communication and Strategy & Execution of our Digital and Institutional Marketing for the entire product portfolio.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall management and marketing strategy for designated products, supporting the span of the product’s lifecycle. This involves the creation of strategies and market plans which allow Nirogam to grow the sales and profitability of the assigned product line(s), implementing a product development process, improving gross margin, and ensuring worldwide product placement and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Content & Asset Management: Manage the production of all brand content and communication.
2. Manage production agencies - Timelines and execution. Be responsible for creating, managing and ensuring successful action and execution of strategy in Digital marketing, SEO, PPC, SEM, and Online website management.
3. Brand Management -Acting as the brand guardian
4. Campaign Management -executing key campaigns as well as taking full ownership of secondary focus campaigns both online and offline.
5. Project Management -responsibility of ad hoc online and offline marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet the project brief and delivered within agreed timescale and budget.
6. Digital Marketing -Managing and updating website content, ensuring content on website is SEO optimised to increase visibility and search rankings on google. Managing both pre-sales journey and post sales journey on e-commerce website
7. Analysis -Help to keep track and report on campaign analysis and brand performance
8. Business Development:Enhance and create B2B partnerships with prospective clients and manage events, sponsorships and offline product placement
9. Training and Development : Provide marketing expertise, support and education to the Sales team for successful sales outcomes.
10. Community Building : Leading the community building initiative around each product. Ensuring Value Addition by regular communication to our consumer base through electronic newsletters.

Required :
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing, or one of the life sciences, nutrition, ayurveda, dietetics (specific science background is dependent upon position/product focus) with 5-7 years of related experience;
Preference would be given if you have completed the Landmark Curriculum of Living.

A keen interest in nutrition, fitness and ayurveda is a must, without which you may not apply.
