We want someone who believes in a naturally healthy lifestyle and wants to share that conviction with others.

The Candidate should have had exposure to either of these - Ayurveda, Wellness or Nutrition in some way in the past, and should be keen and interested to work in this domain. Should understand the target audience well.

Requirements :
I. Community Manager - You need to be Affable, Winsome, Engaging, Conversational, Approachable. A People’s Person.

II. Creative Writer, Story Teller, Story Weaver - Are you a StoryWeaver, a Raconteur, a tale teller ? Somebody who is able to wrap the facts with emotions and present them in a way people would most likely consume.

III. Executor : You would need to think, innovate, ideate, create and execute social and digital media campaign and execute them so that we can hack our way through and grow within lean budgets.The most important core skill for this position is brilliant written and spoken communication. The person has to be responsible for all brand communications, and consumer-relations, and drive the marketing forward by constant engagement and reading the pulse of the company.Constantly engaging with consumers, will help you to listen to stories, and then write your own. And all these stories together, will help you ideate on various marketing strategies on how do we sell and reach out to more people.

Responsibilities :

1. Create, curate, and manage all published content
2. Be extremely passionate and keen to work in the domain - i.e. AYURVEDA, WELLNESS, NUTRITION.
3. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.
4. Expand community, and manage all outreach (bloggers, writers, doctors, media)
5. Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation
6. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
7. Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
8. Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
9. Liaison with design and sales team for smooth flow of content.
10. Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective.

This job position prefers women candidates.

o Proof-reading all content, communication, campaigns, product descriptions, packaging and ensuring that quality standards are met.
o Collaborating with other departments to ensure that content works well for technical and sales aspect of the business.
o Source, segment, acquire, design and manage email marketing campaigns, working with CRM Team and technology partners where appropriate.
o Create brand communication to engage customers across communication touch points including social media.
o Maintain message consistency.

Experience Range 2-3 years
Salary : 6 lakhs per annum
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Hours : 10 AM to 6 PM
