Collections Associate (Debt Recovery, Tele Calling, Follow Up, Conversions) [1-3yr]

NIRA is a fintech startup whose mission is to enable financial freedom through providing access to credit. We provide approved users a digital credit line of up to Rs. 1 lakh for up to 1 year. We went live a couple of months ago and are growing quickly!

One of the most important aspects of building a successful business is having great customer service. It's not sufficient to have a good product, we need to make sure that customers feel they are being treated well and are valued by us.

We are looking for a proactive and dependable person to join our operations (Debt Recovery) team. This is not a field Job.

Fluency in HINDI is a mandatory for this role.

Number of openings : 3 - Fixed CTC (2,85,000 + Incentives)

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer payment collections through phone calls, emails and chatrooms.
• Take ownership of recovery of payments and follow problems through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records an document customer service actions and discussions.
• Reminder calls/ mails for completions.
  
• Give feedback to the team into the pain points for customers so that we can improve our product.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience working in a customer service or Debt Recovery.
• Experience in Tele calling & Tele sales is preferred.
• Experience in the finance or fintech space is a plus, but it's not necessary.
