NIRA launched its business a year ago. We've made large strides towards product market fit; we have a clear view of who our customer is, what our proposition is to them, and our positioning in the market. In short, we- ve laid a solid foundation; now it's time to scale.

As our product enters its next phase of growth (1-10x), you would utilise your digital marketing expertise to identify NIRA's target groups on the digital platforms and help them discover NIRA.
You'll work closely with the founders, Growth & Product team to achieve these objectives.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated history of scaling consumer products & services, who is excited to grab this opportunity by the scruff of the neck, and help us take the business to the next level.
Your work will involve:
Building a great understanding of the customer and their digital behaviors & preferences
Come up with the marketing campaigns, ideas that are likely to resonate with our customer base including event based campaigns, work with content and design team to execute them
Using that to identify the right digital marketing platforms, alliances for us to reach our target market
End-to-end execution on Google Adwords, UAC & SEM including keyword research, bidding strategies, ad types for populating growth funnel with the right target market
End-to-end execution of FB campaigns including app install, website traffic and re-engagement.
Take ownership of measurement of campaign performance data and utilize it for optimisations as well as guiding your strategy
Identify trends, important calendar days and customise campaigns, spends and performance to events
Working with front-end engineers to optimise landing page interactions
Contribute thoughts for App store optimization
Skills & Qualifications:
Highly analytical and data-centric.
Resourceful - know how to fill data gaps well - either though good approximations or assumptions. Know what you don't know
At least two years of professional experience in digital marketing & campaign strategy with demonstrated improvement in costs through iterated testing
Have good insights into the inner workings of algorithms underlying paid and organic advertising on FB & Google gained through practical experience
Experience gained during app scaling phase is highly preferred
You are encouraged to submit records of your personal/ team's past performance including the metrics that were achieved.
