There are a few times you run across a golden ticket. This is one of those times. As our first Account Executive you get to work directly with the founder to define and shape a scalable sales process.

We produce and sell a market-leading password policy product. We have 1200 customers in 54 countries including many Fortune 100 companies. We have achieved this success without a full time salesperson and have never done outbound sales. We are very profitable and have no investors. We have 2400 square foot office in Roswell, GA (exit 8 off GA 400). Presently the company consists of the founder and 2 part time employees.

We are looking for someone who is exceptional…Someone who brings their A game every day…Someone who wants to make a big impact.

As our first AE you will work directly with the founder to define a solid and scalable sales process for inbound and outbound activity. This is a chance to challenge yourself to grow exponentially.

We get over 100 qualified inbound leads each month. You will work on those and refine a sales cadence for inbound. You will create, execute and adjust several outbound strategies. You will work with our marketing strategist and share insights to make our marketing and our product better. Ideally, you will be technical and do some of the customer demos (our support engineer is excellent and currently runs nearly all demos).

We’d love to hear from you if several of the following describe you:
• Have 2-6 years of previous sales experience
• Sold B2B software in the $5k-$200k range
• Have experience running the full-sales cycle: lead gen, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close.
• Get excited by extreme ownership over a role and seeing your company succeed.
• Work well with others and want to own projects in addition to closing deals.
• Have a track record of trying and learning new things.
• Are curious and have a genuine desire to help customers
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
• Have a track record of following through on commitments.
• Are results-minded
• Are seeking continuous improvement
