LocalMasters is looking for a talented individual with a strong background in service background (Director of customer service) to create coaching video content around the subject matter. The video will be recorded by a professional videographer so you will have to be able to travel to a location for filming. We will be providing the content draft for the recording.

What you require:

  • Worked in a customer service role for a large complex organization with total revenue over $500 million.
  • Experience managing key customer relationships.
  • Experience managing 50 employees or more.
  • Minimum of 8 years in customer service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic and demonstrates exceptional listening skills
  • Deep passion for the member experience and commitment to creating delightful experiences and building brand loyalty
