Director Of Customer Service
LocalMasters is looking for a talented individual with a strong background in service background (Director of customer service) to create coaching video content around the subject matter. The video will be recorded by a professional videographer so you will have to be able to travel to a location for filming. We will be providing the content draft for the recording.
What you require:
- Worked in a customer service role for a large complex organization with total revenue over $500 million.
- Experience managing key customer relationships.
- Experience managing 50 employees or more.
- Minimum of 8 years in customer service.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic and demonstrates exceptional listening skills
- Deep passion for the member experience and commitment to creating delightful experiences and building brand loyalty
