The Role:
New Standard Digital is looking for an experienced marketer who will work with us to lead digital channels for clients. We work with a large range of companies from the Fortune 500 to Startups in their early stages. These channels include SEO and Content Marketing, Paid Search (AdWords), Amazon Management, and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Etc)


What You Will Achieve:
• First 30 days: You will own the client relationships and be the direct contact for 5 clients. This includes executing Digital Marketing Strategies, leading client calls and handling client requests.

• First 60 days: Ready to take on new clients, you are working with our Sales Manager to help onboard new business and ensure new clients are happy, while maintaining your portfolio of existing clients.

• First 90 days: You’ve made a ton of process improvements in your current role and maybe even automated some of the manual tasks. You continue to independently own and manage your portfolio of clients who give you stellar feedback.

Role Requirements:
• 3+ years of digital account management experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, and social media
• 3+ years of digital and/or growth marketing experience with a track record of demonstrable business results, including metrics such as CPA, LTV, CPC, etc
• 3+ years of client communication and ability to interact and manage expectations of Clients

Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to analyze data using Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong presentation skills and an ability to use google slides to present findings and recommendations
• Excellent project management and communication skills and an ability to balance attention to detail with a sense of urgency
• Self-starter and independent attitude
• Location: You are currently based in NYC or the surrounding area and are able to be in our office located in Flatiron District everyday
