The Partnerships Manager is responsible for generating new business revenue with corporations and public sector organizations through the integrated packaging of New Lab products. This role is responsible for account management, consistently providing excellent customer service to sponsors and partners, as well as represent their needs and goals within New Lab.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Research, prospect, prioritize and track leads for corporate relationships
- Make first contact to discover and analyze needs, and introduce New Lab.
- Conduct introductory meetings and document considerate follow-up actions.
- Support existing relationships and provide value to all of New Lab's partners. This includes planning new and innovative ways to integrate partners into the community.
- Work in close collaboration with New Lab team on plans to build the corporate programs and products.
- Collaborate with New Lab team members in products, marketing, operations, events, to ensure effective service delivery and to integrate the team into our partnerships strategy.
- Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports.
- Utilize company selling tools including documentation of plans and interactions
- Maintain basic level of relevant industry knowledge
- Craft partnerships collaboration proposals and all the materials to present them.
- Support Operations on administrative tasks that need to be done to generate invoices, contracts, payments.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and industry sectors, conducting in-depth business analysis to identify new competitive opportunities
- Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:

- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and coworkers.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service area or sales
- Understanding in sales principles and customer service practice
- Familiarity with the use of CRM's (Salesforce)
- English: Advanced level both written and spoken
- Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and provide timely solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrates concern for thoroughness and accuracy
- Networking: Builds a planned network
- Comfortable working under strict deadlines.
