Our Story:

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the US Army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system, and upon completing his Wharton MBA, teamed up with co-founder/COO Adam Pardes to launch NeuroFlow in 2017. Beginning as a team of six people working in an office fit for two, we’ve since grown rapidly (over 30 employees and 10X revenue year-over-year growth) and earned numerous accolades from CNBC and others for our mission-driven, innovative work. NeuroFlow tools already support tens of thousands of people at hundreds of organizations including Jefferson Health and the United States Air Force.

What We Do:

NeuroFlow is a digital health company combining workflow automation, engagement tools, and applied AI to promote behavioral health integration in all care settings. NeuroFlow’s suite of HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based tools simplify remote patient monitoring, improve risk stratification, and facilitate collaborative care. With NeuroFlow, care teams can finally bridge the gap between behavioral and physical health to improve outcomes and reduce the cost of care.

How You Will Help:

You will be a key strategic leader in the company and responsible for scaling a high production, fast growing sales team. You know how to apply creative tactics to accelerate traditionally long health care sales cycles and structure deals that have built-in growth potential that represents a win-win for our customers and NeuroFlow. You lead by example to motivate your team through and are comfortable getting in the trenches to help close new business.

Responsibilities:

-- Oversee all sales personnel, strategy, and production across our multiple market segments
-- Work collaboratively with other business functions including marketing and customer success to meet and exceed company goals
-- Build upon our foundation for our sales team structure and operations to ensure quick time-to-value for new employees and support rapid team growth
-- Lead from the front with a yes mentality when it comes to problem solving throughout the sales cycle with numerous stakeholders
-- Attract, recruit, and retain the best talent for our sales organization

About You:

-- 15+ years building and leading sales teams and strategy by focusing on people, process, and technology
-- Experience selling SaaS/IT to the health care ecosystem, such as health plans, health systems, ACOs, and independent medical practices
-- Previously worked with at least one high growth, early stage company
-- Thrive in a fast-paced environment working as an individual contributor and coach
-- Dynamic problem solver who is always looking for creative solutions to accelerate sales cycles, book more demos, and increase our meeting-to-win ratio
-- Committed to delivering tremendous value for our clients and helping end users take charge of their mental wellness
