Our Story:

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the US Army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system, and upon completing his Wharton MBA, teamed up with co-founder/COO Adam Pardes to launch NeuroFlow in 2017. Beginning as a team of six people working in an office fit for two, we’ve since grown rapidly (over 30 employees and 10X revenue year-over-year growth) and earned numerous accolades from CNBC and others for our mission-driven, innovative work. What We Do:

NeuroFlow is a digital health company combining workflow automation, engagement tools, and applied AI to promote behavioral health integration in all care settings. NeuroFlow’s suite of HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based tools simplify remote patient monitoring, improve risk stratification, and facilitate collaborative care. How You Will Help:

You will help source and grow our network of customers within the US government. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process with stakeholders across the DoD and VA, while leveraging the company’s existing connections and traction within the government.

Responsibilities:

-- You will lead business development for government markets and support overall strategy through lessons learned on the front lines talking to prospects
-- Use current and gain new connections to obtain government contracts (focus on DoD)
-- Negotiate SBIR and traditional contracts with various government organizations
-- Lead end-to-end cycle from sourcing to execution of contract

About You:

-- You have 7+ years of government sales experience
-- You have ideally worked for a branch of the government (DoD or VA preferred)
-- You have an understanding of government contracts and can write them
-- You understand the SBIR process (emphasis on Phase III)
-- You are familiar with data rights and the procedures needed to enforce them
-- You have worked on software and/or medical contracts within the government
-- You love a fast-paced environment and find creative solutions to solve problems
-- You are highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator
-- You are comfortable self-leading, working to improve yourself and your abilities
