Our Story:

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the US Army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system, and upon completing his Wharton MBA, teamed up with co-founder/COO Adam Pardes to launch NeuroFlow in 2017. Beginning as a team of six people working in an office fit for two, we’ve since grown rapidly (over 30 employees and 10X revenue year-over-year growth) and earned numerous accolades from CNBC and others for our mission-driven, innovative work. NeuroFlow tools already support tens of thousands of people at hundreds of organizations including Jefferson Health and the United States Air Force.

What We Do:

NeuroFlow is a digital health company combining workflow automation, engagement tools, and applied AI to promote behavioral health integration in all care settings. NeuroFlow’s suite of HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based tools simplify remote patient monitoring, improve risk stratification, and facilitate collaborative care. With NeuroFlow, care teams can finally bridge the gap between behavioral and physical health to improve outcomes and reduce the cost of care.

How You Will Help:

As the leader of the Engineering business function at NeuroFlow, you will be responsible for the success of all Engineering efforts. You will pave the way for the Engineering team and platform in a time of tremendous growth. You will grow the team, mature the software infrastructure, develop plans to implement new business requirements, and ensure the security of our platform.

Responsibilities:

-- Establish, implement, and communicate Engineering vision, direction and strategy
-- Ensure appropriate team size and responsibilities to meet company goals, which may involve hiring and managing full-time, part-time, contract, or associate work
-- Work closely with product team to ensure effort proposals are feasible and brought down to the smallest effective and viable scope
-- Balance and communicate risk and cost, collaborating with executive leadership
-- Continually improve processes to increase velocity and decrease costs
-- Scope, plan, communicate, and develop the necessary infrastructure to scale to quickly increasing user loads, analytics needs, and increasingly complex integrations with external platforms
-- Implement appropriate measures to ensure a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform end-to-end, and coordinate with customers and third party vendors to meet all security requirements
-- Retain a high level of product quality, measured by metrics such as downtime, response time, and bugs released

About You:

-- You are a passionate individual who is both a technology nerd and an effective leader
-- You understand the technical side and the business side of the problems and solutions you face, and can creatively problem solve to achieve business goals
-- You have experience designing and building complex, scalable, and high quality software, as well as experience leading the teams who build such software
-- You have experience growing a small team into a mature Engineering organization
-- You have experience taking a prototype and transforming it into an architecture capable of serving hundreds of thousands of users
-- You have exposure to multiple industries - healthcare, consumer technology, etc. and understand the range of solutions currently available in the market
-- You prioritize ruthlessly to make sure that time is always being spent in the most effective manner, and is always driving towards the goals of the company
-- You take team morale very seriously, and as such know when it’s time for your team to celebrate, relax, or just have fun
