Our Story:

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the US Army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system, and upon completing his Wharton MBA, teamed up with co-founder/COO Adam Pardes to launch NeuroFlow in 2017. Beginning as a team of six people working in an office fit for two, we’ve since grown rapidly (over 30 employees and 10X revenue year-over-year growth) and earned numerous accolades from CNBC and others for our mission-driven, innovative work. NeuroFlow tools already support tens of thousands of people at hundreds of organizations including Jefferson Health and the United States Air Force.

What We Do:

NeuroFlow is a digital health company combining workflow automation, engagement tools, and applied AI to promote behavioral health integration in all care settings. NeuroFlow’s suite of HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based tools simplify remote patient monitoring, improve risk stratification, and facilitate collaborative care. With NeuroFlow, care teams can finally bridge the gap between behavioral and physical health to improve outcomes and reduce the cost of care.

How You Will Help:

You will help our marketing team to build and establish our brand as “the” company transforming behavioral health. The Graphic Designer is an intelligent, motivated, flexible, creative person who enjoys working on an in-house marketing team and developing one key brand. Success in this role will require heavy collaboration with the marketing, product, data, customer success, and sales teams.


Responsibilities:

-- Design and update decks, websites, emails, illustrations, infographics, brochures, one sheets, and other materials as needed
-- Partner with the Lead UI/UX designer to expand brand guidelines for NeuroFlow and its sub-brands
-- Ensure high quality work and maintain brand consistency throughout all materials
-- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using the Adobe Creative Suite
-- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products
-- Support ad hoc creative projects as necessary (invitations, promotional products, apparel)


About You:

-- Junior to mid level with 1-2 years experience
-- Bachelor’s degree in design or similar (preferred)
-- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
-- Comfortable working with WordPress, Google Slides, Google Docs, email marketing tools (Hubspot and Sendgrid a plus)
-- Manipulating basic HTML and CSS a plus
-- Comfortable with Photography, Adobe Premiere, and/or After Effects (all pluses, but not required!)
-- Independent, self-driven designer with an extreme attention to detail
-- Confident and comfortable presenting work to team members
-- Passionate hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
