Our Story:

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the US Army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system, and upon completing his Wharton MBA, teamed up with co-founder/COO Adam Pardes to launch NeuroFlow in 2017. Beginning as a team of six people working in an office fit for two, we’ve since grown rapidly (over 30 employees and 10X revenue year-over-year growth) and earned numerous accolades from CNBC and others for our mission-driven, innovative work. What We Do:

NeuroFlow is a digital health company combining workflow automation, engagement tools, and applied AI to promote behavioral health integration in all care settings. NeuroFlow’s suite of HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based tools simplify remote patient monitoring, improve risk stratification, and facilitate collaborative care. With NeuroFlow, care teams can finally bridge the gap between behavioral and physical health to improve outcomes and reduce the cost of care.

How You Will Help:

You will provide direct clinical support in support of evidence-based approaches, such as the Collaborative Care Model. You will attend weekly patient reviews with care managers and treating providers to update treatment plans and provide clinical guidance.

Responsibilities:

-- Provide regularly scheduled (usually weekly) telephone caseload consultation to our clinical partners’ care managers, focused primarily on patients new to treatment or not improving as expected
-- Suggest treatment plan changes, including medication recommendations and supporting behavioral treatment, for these patients
-- Work with assigned care manager to track and oversee their patient panels and clinical outcomes using our cloud-based patient registry

About You:

-- You are a licensed psychiatrist (MD, DO) or psychiatric nurse practitioner (APRN, NP, DNP)
-- You can quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric data and formulate effective and evidence-based clinical recommendations
-- You are knowledgeable of and experienced with behavioral health tools and measurement-based care
-- You have experience collaborating effectively in primary care or integrated care settings
-- You are excited about or have experience with telemedicine
-- You are available for part-time work between 2-14 hrs/week
-- Available for periodic communication with partners for urgent matters outside of weekly check in
-- You have multiple or are willing to acquire additional state licenses
