We are looking for high energy and enthusiastic individual who will play a fundamental role to build a pipeline of prospective clients. You will be our client’s first point of contact with NestReady, so you’ll need to make the first impression great to generate interest while you qualify mortgage originators in the US and Canada.

Your primary focus will be to drive alignment between sales, marketing, operations, legal and finance, helping develop best-in-class processes to equip our sales team. This role will support the sales manager while ensuring the right tools are in place and performing to enable sales productivity and accountability. You will continuously manage administrative functions, sales processes, and sales operations. Including management of the company’s CRM and other related sales tools to generate performance reports, analyze report data to project trends and build forecasts, as well as maintain accurate and complete client and prospect database. You will not just build reports and customize dashboards but will have to understand the metrics, sales processes, tools and the broader business context around them to drive our long-term sales strategy and overall success.

What else you will do:
Sales Team Enablement
Develop and iterate the sales process and ensure adoption and compliance
Work with design and marketing team to develop sales materials and ensure they are up-to-date
Support the training of New sales executives
Research and profile targeted prospects identifying current relationships and cross-selling opportunities
Business Analytics
Develop and own the performance reporting and tracking of sales team performance and key metrics related to client acquisition, pipeline, product penetration, referral channels, etc.
Ensure CRM data hygiene with the primary objective of keeping our data actionable and our processes as automated as possible
Work with the finance team to forecast revenue and budget
Sales Administration
Identify areas of operational improvement, and recommend, and own the implementation of more effective and automated account management and prospecting methods
Sales Automation
Use the latest technology to automate prospection using typical marketing communication channels (e-mail, LinkedIn, etc)
Generate prospect lists from conference event attendees or similar data sources
Stay up-to-date with the best sales solutions and practices and select the ones to be used by our sales team
