Negotiatus Customer Success Managers are responsible for developing, fostering, and expanding relationships with our clients. They are expert consultants in Negotiatus functionality and best practices, guiding clients with varying needs to their desired outcomes. The CSM role is not interested in checking boxes and rapidly dispatching items from their to-do list — they are driven by relationship building, sustainable solutions, and driving adoption to deliver results to the client and business.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Account Executives to oversee efficient activation of newly subscribed clients
- Ensure application of Negotiatus best practices to ingrain our solution into the fabric of the client’s day to day activities
- Fueled by empathy, curiosity, and problem solving skills, become a trusted strategic advisor to your clients and guide achievement of desired outcomes
- Proactively engage with client leadership to measure and improve goal realization progress and identify/execute on expansion opportunities
- Serve as a client advocate and relay the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering leadership
- Monitor KPIs, feedback, and feature adoption to tailor proactive outreach and risk mitigation measures

Qualifications

- 3+ years in a SaaS Customer Success, Account Manager, or sales role
- Strong track record of engaging with client leadership in a professional and personable manner
- Growth-minded self starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in objection handling, persuasion, and negotiation to remain cool in uncomfortable conversations
- Ability to leverage tools and reporting to maintain intimate view and control of entire book of business
