Responsibilities :

The Enterprise Business Engagement Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of infrastructure programs and projects. This position requires strong communication, influencing, and project management skills. Also important is the ability to establish and maintain key relationships within O&T Engineering, with business technology groups, as well as interact with diverse stakeholders and partners. The Project Manager will partner with a dedicated engagement team comprised of Business Engagement Managers/Leaders and other Program/Project Managers, who will work closely to provide consultation, expertise, and deliver services from the broader organization.

Lead and manage multiple projects and activities of varying types and sizes, ensuring objectives and project deliverables are accomplished according to plan
Work closely with Engineering, Hosting, Network, Operations, and business engagement, as well as partnering with IT, Cyber Security, and business technology groups to deliver projects
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop plans to escalate and mitigate them
Effectively manage scope, schedule, and budget in accordance with defined parameters
Effectively prioritize critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery
Develop request for funding and resource plans by completing project scoping, cost-benefit analysis, and level of effort assessments
Identify and secure resources required to execute the plan and manage internal and external assigned resources
Create and manage all required project documentation and reports
Coordinate and manage change control in adherence to PMO standards
Facilitate project meetings including agendas, preparation of materials, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up
Utilize enterprise project management tools and applications to provide project status and reporting, while adhering to PMO processes, documentation standards, and best practices
Provide project governance with clear and consistent communication of project level status to executive leadership, project sponsors, and stakeholders
Represent the PMO and advocate for project management standards and best practices

Qualifications/Requirements :

•B.S./B.A. degree in relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
•PMP certification
•5+ years’ experience leading complex infrastructure projects or programs identifying scope, building an effective plan, and executing to completion
•Strong knowledge of PMI
•Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
•Experience with project management tools (i.e., MS Project, Microsoft PPM, Smartsheet)
•Excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts for a variety of audiences
•Foundational understanding of application and infrastructure technologies (compute, storage, network, database, web, integration, virtualization, cloud hosting, etc.)
•Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate and influence team members from multiple internal departments and external vendors
•Proven ability to manage global teams with diverse backgrounds, business objectives, and time zones constraints
•Ability to effectively present ideas and communicate with senior leadership

•Ability and desire to continually learn about new technologies, project management methodologies, and adapt to ever-changing business and industry needs
