Responsibilities

You will be responsible for working on Navisteps’s core B2B expense and travel management solution
Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
Support test and deployment of new products and features
Participate in code reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
2 to 3 years of relevant engineering experience
Experience in PHP and modern frameworks preferably Yii/Laravel
Experience in JavaScript preferably Vue, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6
Strong proficiency in Relational Database System especially MySQL
Experience in Git version control workflows
Experience in developing RESTful APIs
Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design
Experience with cloud-based deployments is a plus (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
