Navimize is a digital health company aimed at eliminating patient wait times in medical practices. Navimize is an official athenahealth partner and part of the prestigious Entrepreneur Roundtable Accelerator (ERA) in NYC. We’re looking for an Account Executive to be our first key sales hire, with a focus on winning 20 - 100 provider medical practices. This role has the potential for extremely high earning potential and leadership growth opportunities. You will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, and how Navimize can help revolutionize their business.

You will work with the CEO and leadership team to create repeatable sales processes, play a key role in hiring, and will the potential to be the Chief Sales Officer.

Base Salary - $40,000 - $60,000, with unlimited upside

Your Typical Day Includes
- Outreach to medical practices using cold calls and emails.
- Work full-cycle deals from lead to close
- Negotiate contracts
- Successfully expand to other divisions within existing customers
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on deals, product roadmap, and sales motion
- Develop creative outbound prospecting cadences and repeatable playbooks for future hires
- Track performance metrics diligently to define implement what is working and reject what is not working.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven hunting and closing experience, preferably in healthcare IT such as electronic medical records.
- Experience selling to medical practices and healthcare organizations
- Expert storyteller, effectively developing relationships with senior managers and the C-Suite
- Competitive yet collaborative
- Self-starter that’s not afraid to act and take initiative
- Hard-working, flexible, adaptive, and resilient
