CSAT.AI is looking for a Remote or Los Angeles based Sales Development Manager to join our growing team!

CSAT.AI is a Los Angeles based tech startup backed by Navedas, with a team of highly talented people in USA and India. We are the first SaaS AI QC Platform for Customer Service. This is a remote contract to full-time position in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in helping CSAT.AI achieve our growth and customer acquisition objectives. We are looking for a self-starter/highly ambitious individual with 2 years SDR/ISR experience in a fast-paced SaaS tech company. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with resellers, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Responsibilities include:

• Find new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling/emailing
• Constant research of new and innovative ways to find prospects, segment them, and best sell our product to them
• Maintain an open channel of communication with our Marketing team, working together closely to find new sources of lead generation to hit quotas
• Capture and understand customer needs and translate them to the Product team
• Able to handle effectively the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, with the appropriate hand-off to a Client Account Manager
• Maintain a clear and organized sales stack and process

Requirements
• 2 years or more experience as a Sales Development Representative/Inside Sales Rep at a SaaS/technology startup
• Strong organizational/time management skills
• Independent and a go-getter, hungry to grow and accelerate Sales skills
• Familiar with CRMs and tech tool stacks
• Great communication skills, both oral and written
• Good team player
