NatureBox is seeking a driven team player to join our fast-paced Sales team as a full-time B2B Account Executive. Our ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, unshakeable hunger for success, a strong self-awareness, and the ability to tell a compelling brand story.

Here at Naturebox, we have combined unique ingredients with innovation to build the first ever “Unlimited” snacking program for offices of all sizes. As a team, we all work together to enrich offices across the United States through more mindful snacks. It’s time to start feeling great about snacking!

Responsibilities:
- Manage full sales-cycle from initial outreach through closing call
- Identify, develop and maintain a sales pipeline with a thoughtful approach
- Exceed sales targets using forward-thinking value-based sales approaches and techniques
- Communicate the NatureBox story to new leads through phone calls, web product demonstrations / demos and snack samplings
- Collaborate with other Account Executives to share knowledge and develop new selling strategies that push you and our organization forward

Requirements:
- 2+ years of high volume quota carrying B2B sales experience
- Experience developing a territory through inbound nurturing and outbound generation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Evidence of commitment to a sales strategy / methodology
- History of detailed time management skills
- Team player with a highly competitive spirit
- Experience with both transactional and SMB/Mid-market sales (food-tech a plus)
