Role Overview:
As a Partner Success Junior Manager, you serve as the relationship owner and main point-of-contact for Narrative Basic clients. You’ll own a book of business and play a pivotal role in ensuring we’re providing an exceptional experience for our clients and growing our partnerships and overall revenue.

You’re a quick-minded, customer oriented problem-solver who wants to be surrounded by similar minded people, and help build an early-stage and transformative business. You’re a self-starter and don’t like coming in to work and dealing with the same problems over and over...nor being told exactly what to do and how to do it. You embrace ambiguity, and love the thought that what you do today might not be what you do tomorrow.

Role Responsibilities:
- Own relationships with Narrative’s clients, intimately understanding their business objectives to help them reach their goals
- Translate client asks to product and engineering teams to inform roadmap and product development
- Work with Solutions Engineering and Dev to deliver custom analyses
- Client retention and revenue growth
- Keep clients up to date on new platform features, host UI demos, and lead strategic meetings

Role Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an account management, client success, customer success, or partnerships role
- Experience at an ad-tech, mar-tech, or data company strongly preferred
- BA or BS
- History of revenue growth and/or quota attainment
- Ability to distill complex information to customers into clear and concise concepts
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and being the first; a lot of building a business is finding answers that we might not already have!
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple issues and projects at once
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of humor
