As a Partner Success Associate you will be responsible for both the technical health and custom relations of Data Distribution (supply) partners on Narrative's platform. These are companies leveraging Narrative to help fuel their data monetization efforts and maximize the revenue potential of their first party data assets. This role is paramount to help both our supply partners and Narrative grow together.

This spans data on-boarding to ongoing day-to-day data and customer management. You will be partners' go-to contact when they need technical expertise and then represent those needs internally.


- Help manage the on-boarding of new supplier data
- Own day-to-day management of data distribution partners including integration health and on-boarding of new data types from existing suppliers
- Work closely with analysts to understand marketplace demand/supply and upside opportunities for data distribution partners
- Perform technical health reviews with the Distribute team and provide relevant recommendations on solution and enhancements specifics to partners' needs
- Proactively identify potential risks or issues and identify solutions and/or escalate accordingly
- Manage client relations to ensure long term retention and success
- Execute and automate data processes
- Work with the Distribute team to project manage workflows
- Provide technical guidance to our supply partners


- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management, client success, customer success, or partnerships role.
- Experience in a technical support or technical quality assurance role highly recommended
- Experience with customers relations or a customer facing role highly recommended
- Ability to work in a position that balances both technical aspects and client relationship management
- Functional understanding of technical concepts and solutions
- Ability to proactively identify problems and inefficiencies and drive necessary solutions/process changes
- Ability to distill complex information to non technical people into clear and concise concepts
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of humor
