Role Overview:
As the first Partner Success Manager, you serve as the relationship lead and main point-of-contact for our Standard and Enterprise clients. The Partner Success Manager will be a pivotal role in ensuring we are providing an exceptional experience for our clients.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with Narrative’s Standard and Enterprise clients
- Assist Standard and Enterprise clients with executing Data Buy Orders based on their data constraints and requirements
- Work with Solutions Engineering and Dev to deliver custom analyses and integrations for Enterprise clients
- Client retention and growth
- Keep clients up to date on new platform features
- Represent client needs/asks to product and eng teams to inform roadmap and product development
- Intimately understand client’s data requirements and business objectives to help them reach their goals

Role Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an account management, client success, customer success, or partnerships role
- Experience at an ad-tech, mar-tech, or data company strongly preferred
- BA or BS
- History of revenue growth and/or quota attainment
- Superior written and verbal communication
- Ability to distill complex information to customers into clear and concise concepts
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and being the first; a lot of building a business is finding answers that we might not already have!
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple issues and projects at once
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of humor
