Role Overview:
As the first Solution Associate, you will own the end-to-end solution throughout the pre-sales process for our Basic and Standard customers. As the translation layer between sales and product, you will need to be well versed in the Narrative platform, with the ability to provide concise and easy to understand explanation of what Narrative does and what the applicable solutions are. The role is crucial for the growth of Narrative as our business units becomes more defined and our sales cycle continues to shorten. Your job efficiency will only free up Sales to prospect and close more deals, while growing and learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Narrative product and various functions of the UI, being able to seamlessly apply tangible use-cases for customers and demonstrate Narrative’s value prop
- Work closely with sales to scope qualified opportunities and execute deal set-up once closed
- Own entire process for ad hoc analysis and forecast requests, liaising between operations, engineering and partner success
- Standardize what’s working in pre-sales and provide best practices to broader Narrative organization

- 1-3 years of experience at technology companies (ad-tech, mar-tech, data, SaaS, etc)
- Experience in a pre-sales support or solutions consultant role
- Functional understanding of technical concepts and solutions such as APIs, SDKs, mobile ids and cookies, as well as broader knowledge of ad tech/mar tech ecosystem
- Ability to process new information quickly and distill down key points both externally and internally in a concise and meaningful way
- Comfortable presenting in both internal and client facing settings
- Embrace working in a fast paced environment across multiple clients with firm deadlines
- Ability to proactively identify problems and inefficiencies and drive necessary solutions/process changes
- Okay with navigating ambiguity and being the first; a lot of building a business is finding answers that we might not already have!
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple issues and projects at once
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work from NYC HQ office
