MyWiFi Networks is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee, support and grow our inside sales team. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

You will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process while thriving in a team environment. Your passion and energy should be able to lead and motivate the sales team to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. Ultimately, you will be the engine that will help us build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.


Successfully managing the inside sales representatives team to achieve growth and hit sales targets;
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process;
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines;
Develop and track sales pipeline progress using the company CRM;
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements;
Develop and follow written programs for the sales team to achieve sales targets;
Work with the sales team to craft and implement sales and closing strategies;
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team;
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products;
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement;
Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met;
Build an open-communication environment for your team;
Hire and train additional sales staff as the need arises.


Successful previous experience as an Inside Sales Manager;
Consistently meeting or exceeding targets by managing a team of sales representatives;
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively;
Experience with selling to Digital Agencies and MSPs;
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
Strong business sense and industry expertise;
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
Hands-on experience with CRM software and Google Suite;
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process;
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills;
Strong analytical and organizational skills;
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude;
BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
