We have a growing base of HQs (50+ right now going on to 100 in the coming 4-5 months). There is a need to ensure operations are streamlined across all our HQs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Streamline Operations: Ensuring the work experience at all our HQs are standardized and seamless (fast, seamless WiFi connectivity, stocked office stationery, no issues with payments)
2) Build Staff Playbooks: At each location, ensuring the staff is trained to talk to coworkers, explain co-working and solve for any queries. The objective is to have the staff as myHQ promoters at each location
3) Analyze growth across partner spaces / areas: Track growth across partner spaces, micro-geographies; Coordinate with finance to clear their payments


Traveling:
1) Frequent in-city travel to our HQs (to train staff, manage operations)
2) All traveling expenses will be paid by the company at standard industry norms.
