Job Description::

My Ally is seeking an experienced Channel Manager to develop, service, and grow relationships with new and existing channel partners. This role will report to the VP of Sales and includes operational and strategic responsibilities in developing sales strategy, negotiating with partners, training and developing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

-Build and Maintain Relationships with ATS, implementation, and resale partners.
-Achieve quarterly bookings targets through channel partners.
-Develop and implement channel sales enablement programs and special incentive programs for channel partners’ organizations.
-Build and Implement the My Ally channel sales playbook.
-Represent My Ally at Industry Events,
-GSD...it’s a startup and all hands are on deck!


-At least 5 years of channel sales experience.
-Demonstrated ability to build & forecast channel revenue, and achieve growth targets.
-History of negotiating and closing resale and partnership agreements in SaaS industry.
-Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills, and history of presenting at tradeshows and conferences.
Preferred Profile
-Early Stage enterprise startup experience with a successful exit, holding a channel sales role.
-Experience working in the HR-SaaS space, selling to the head of Talent Acquisition
-Established relationships with Enterprise ATS providers such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, iCIMS, BrassRing or Aventure.
