As an Enterprise Account Executive on the sales team, you will help change the way companies run their recruiting operations. You will identify and grow new business opportunities with companies in the Enterprise space. You are curious, strategic, and driven. Customers recognize that you are an expert and respect your knowledge about their problems and how we can improve their lives. This isn’t your average sales job and you’re not the average sales person: as an early member of the sales team, you’ll be playing an exciting role that goes above and beyond your quota and carries huge growth potential. You will be exploring new markets and verticals; through your deep understanding of customer needs, you will highlight opportunities that we can pursue as a company; your success will help us inform our sales, marketing, and product strategy.

What you will do in this role:

-Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly basis

-Developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory/segment with a target prospect list, and a sales plan
-Developing marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.

-New business sales focus

-Independently manage your sales pipeline

-Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
-Arranging and conducting initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings
-Sales process management and opportunity closure
-Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams

-Update and maintain CRM sales pipeline, activity, and reporting

-Understand and navigate the Decision Maker mapping process

-Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, sales techniques, etc.

-Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications

Who You Are:

-2+ years of Enterprise or Corporate B2B SaaS sales experience

-Experience in selling Enterprise Level Solutions; Experience selling to HR teams is a plus

-Tenacious and eager to work through roadblocks/objections

-An ability to execute a sales process, while maintaining a curiosity to learn and to experiment with new strategies

-Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets

-High need for achievement and competition. Loves to compete and win..

-Exceptional organization and time management skills.

-Experience working with SalesForce.com

-Tech Savvy, Understands G-suite, Microsoft Office, Etc.

-Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects.

-Resourceful. Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success.

-Bachelor Degree Required
