Requirements
• Excellent academic background (M.Sc. or PhD) in Business, Marketing or related field
• Extensive experience of online marketing, CRM, customer relations
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on attitude, contributing from day 1 and manage the
growth of our infrastructure
• You understand the needs of our users and can translate that into product features, marketing activities to attract and retain users
• Creative, solution focused, motivational leader
• Winning personality with a positive attitude
• Team player
• You communicate effectively on all levels in- and outside the company
• Native/fluent in English, additional language(s) are a plus
• Based in London
• Passion for golf

Responsibilities:
• Developing marketing funnel from leads to conversion
• Planning marketing campaigns that resonate with our core target audience
• Growth hacking marketing channels
• Ensuring customer base is growing month-on-month
• Testing, tracking and optimising campaigns and marketing activities

Together with the founder, you will be integral to our fundraising efforts. After a successful first round of fundraising, targeted to be completed in 2017, the successful you will receive a salary and part of the equity. Before the fund raising you will be paid on a contract basis
