We are a VC backed High Potential Startup growing at 30% month on month, and are scaling our team to build new and exciting products every day. We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven Sales Development Lead, with exceptional interpersonal skills, to help us to continue to grow Mustard.

What we do:

Our SaaS platform powers growing recruitment agencies to build and launch their own marketplaces, increasing revenues and efficiencies with automated processes. Our core technology is built on Rails, and focuses on high quality data ontologies and taxonomies, helping our customers present their candidates to their clients through their own branded web platform.

About the role:

Mustard focuses on quantity over quality, so having the ability to research prospects before reaching out will be critical. Working with the core management team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing our business development strategies. Your core duties will involve building and curating high quality target lists using innovative prospecting tools and processes. You will also be the customer’s initial point of contact with Mustard, and will qualify each prospect before presenting them to the executive team for deal negotiation & closing.

Proven ability to identify quality leads for a Software as a Service product

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Detail oriented, with a love for clean quality data and processes

Experience building prospecting lists from publicly available data

Experience qualifying leads through phone and email

Tenacity and the desire to chase and follow up every prospect

Experience using a CRM such as Hubspot or Salesforce
