MURAL runs its software as a service on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. MURAL also has an integration with Microsoft Teams, and a native Windows 10 application for large touchscreen devices, including the Microsoft Surface Hub. These connections to Microsoft position MURAL to partner with Microsoft to take advantage of that company’s strong relationships with global enterprise customers by offering integrated solutions that are promoted and sold by Microsoft.


You will be part of the lean, cross-functional team that is focused on MURAL’s go-to-market partnership with Microsoft. You will be responsible for the day-to-day interactions with Microsoft’s relevant stakeholders and liaising with MURAL. You will play a critical role in the ongoing design, development, and expansion of our Microsoft partner program.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Understand what is happening across Microsoft’s Azure, Teams and Surface Hub programs to assess new and ongoing opportunities for MURAL solution integration and associated go-to-market activities
- Work closely with Microsoft marketing and sales teams to enable them to properly promote MURAL and to effectively sell through our combined solutions
- Work closely with MURAL’s Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, as part of a cross-functional team aligned to drive our Microsoft go-to-market partnership
- Use data analysis to report on partnership OKRs, and to surface trends as well as opportunities to improve the Microsoft partner program
- Define and implement operational improvements to streamline the partner program.


The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- 3-4 years of relevant technology partnership work experience
- Deep interest in the fields of visual, creative collaboration coupled with Design Thinking and Agile methods
- Passion for problem-solving and leveraging data to identify trends and opportunities
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product
- Willingness to work closely with remote colleagues
- Strong relationship and communication skills
