The Role

Hey !

We're loking for CS Expert to join our Mozio squad. You'll be the ultimate customer service pro, building strong relationships with our customers and making sure they're happy as can be. You'll be a pro at answering calls and emails from Customers, Service Providers, and Partners and always delivering the best service possible.

Your job is to make our customers feel like they're part of the Mozio family and make sure their expectations are exceeded every step of the way. We're all about providing the best service in town, so you gotta be up for the challenge!

What we need from you:

  • Excellent communication skills in English AND 2nd language (French or Spanish) at an Upper intermediate (B2) level or above
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support
  • A third language (Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is a plus!

  • The job is full-time, 5 days a week (weekdays and/or weekends) for 8 hours a day.
  • You'll be employed as a contractor, so you'll have all the flexibility you need.

Now, since this is a remote gig, we gotta make sure you've got the right tech setup to help you reach your goals. You'll need:

  • A laptop that's up-to-date enough to handle current web applications like ZenDesk, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • A smartphone that can handle the most used applications on mobile like Google Suite and Slack.
  • A high-speed WiFi connection.
  • A backup computer and internet connection, just in case.
