Mosaic is looking for a Performance Marketing/Growth leader that manages both paid acquisition and can flex into a product marketing role. The acquisition side drives the strategic direction and execution of our digital marketing across all channels (PPC, Social, Display, CPL, ASO, SEO etc.). The product marketing side will focus on improving user adoption and retention by designing highly personalized messages and product experiences that touch users every day across multiple channels. You will have extreme autonomy and be working with a small, tight-knit, multi-functional team of engineers, designers, product managers, and the CEO during a once-in-a-career startup learning and growth opportunity.

You will:

  • Manage PPC/Display Ads (Google Ads, Bing,, etc.)
  • Manage Social media channels (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Manage SEO/SEM
  • Manage CPL (Capterra, G2Crowd, etc.)
  • Manage ASO
  • Manage PR collateral, events, calls and relationships
  • Manage our in house creative team, outside PR agencies & content writers
  • Lead experimentation via A/B and multi-variate landing page and conversion testing
  • Develop and measure KPIs to improve your funnel
  • Define and deliver SQLs to sales
  • Own the strategic roadmap for in-app notifications and product marketing initiatives
  • Plan and execute all marketing initiatives

Your Background:

  • 5+ years SaaS marketing and growth experience
  • Great writing skills
  • Track record of success in driving growth for early stage startup
  • Qualitative and data-driven approach to marketing
  • Self-starter, hands-on problem solver
  • Strong sense of urgency and great time management skills to keep all of the balls in the air
  • Ability to work independently and focus in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Comfortable presenting in front of groups and representing our company in client meetings with high-level executives
