Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • 1-3 years appointment setting, lead qualifying experience while exceeding quota numbers
  • Successful track record of opening up new accounts using a variety of sales methods
  • Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels
  • Highly organized, strong time management skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct research to identify potential industries and prospects.
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects’ pain points to determine how we will meet those needs.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Follow up on leads generated.
  • Work with the leadership to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet OTE revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
  • Reports to sales management
  • 10% travel to conferences, events, meetings with clients, and corporate headquarters.

  • Research and data analytics to prioritize and customize outreach
  • Use Salesforce.com for lead, account management, and forecasting.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication style
