Monsoon CreditTech is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated and experienced Project Manager. In this role, you will manage engagements with some of India's best and largest financial institutions. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds working at the intersection of Machine Learning and finance.


Key Impact

Customer Success Component
1. (Client satisfaction) Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders (technology, product and business teams) to ensure that clients meet (their) business objectives pertaining to their engagement with Monsoon CreditTech.
2. (Client onboarding -> Client satisfaction) Work closely with the technology and product teams to onboard new clients.
3. (Communication -> Client satisfaction) Engage with external stakeholders within client organizations to articulate the value being generated for them/their teams during the course of their engagement with Monsoon CreditTech.
4. (Client retention) Engage with decision-makers within client organizations to drive renewed business with Monsoon CreditTech after the completion of existing engagements.
5. (Upsell-Cross-sell) Champion complementary and supplementary offerings to existing clients of Monsoon CreditTech.
6. (Product Design) Give product design inputs to the product and technology teams on the basis of articulated and unarticulated customer needs to be gauged through:
a. Interactions with clients
b. Product usage patterns

Engagement Management Component
1. (Project and Program Management) Work with the Heads of Technology and Data Science to ensure that structured project and program plans are created for every engagement
2. Work with the developers and data scientists to ensure that project and program plans are being adhered to.

Business Development Component
1. (Client sourcing) Source leads of potential clients via LinkedIn, personal networks and the professional networks of the Founder.
2. (Presentations) Create Presentations and Proposals for clients with the help of designers if necessary.
3. (Pitching) Pitch to the clients for new deals
4. (Negotiation) Negotiate with the client to achieve a win-win outcome


Skills (order of priority)

1. Excellent people skills including the ability to work well as a part of cross-functional teams
2. Project Management skills including the use of Microsoft Project/Pivotal Tracker/Trello/Jira
3. Planning and Prioritization skills
4. Proposal writing
5. Presentation making (PowerPoint/Keynote etc) skills


Knowledge

1. Good working knowledge of project management and product management frameworks such as Agile/Scrum.
2. Excellent understanding of one or more of:
a. Data analytics
b. Full-stack programming
c. Statistical modelling


Experience

2-3 years of experience in a combination of any of the following roles (in the order of preference):
a. Customer success/account management roles
b. Project Management/ Engagement management roles


Attitude and Aptitude
1. Intense desire to make a difference to the world
2. Strong customer focus
3. Ability to deal with ambiguity of scope
