About the Company: Mon Ami is a tech-for-good company that helps cities, nonprofits, social service agencies, and healthcare deliver essential social services for older adults and vulnerable populations. During COVID-19, our technology platform has been made available to frontline organizations to connect volunteers more quickly and efficiently to residents in need, especially seniors and low-income families. We care about strengthening communities and building ties across generations.
About the position: We are hiring a full-time Operations Associate who can help us scale our impact and provide world-class customer service. You will be a key touchpoint for customers and volunteers coming to the service for the first time, making a positive experience for them your mission. You make sure the engines run smoothly across the operations of the business: acting as a problem solver, helpful listener, and savvy salesperson to potential new clients.

-- Field inquiries from clients, current and future volunteers
-- Troubleshoot issues from clients and collaborate with product team to resolve problems
-- Support sales team with outbound outreach and interacting with potential clients

A much wider diversity of services is needed to meet that enormous need, with plenty of upside for those diligent enough to see it through.

Our founders: Joy has deep experience in aging through the World Health Organization and two previous startups in the space. Madeline has lead technical teams and scaled Singapore operations for her company, Essence, from 4 to 100 people in 3 years. Steve built and scaled two previous startups in the family care space.
