We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company.

A qualified candidate will have prior experience in sales or experience managing customer relationships. The candidate will be dynamic and personable, with the ability to build rapport with prospective buyers.

Responsibilities:
-Nurture current leads using a CRM
-Qualify leads and manage them through the sales process
-Iterate on our current sales process to improve efficacy
-Identify new sales channels
-Measure and Track sales goals
-Work with the product and marketing team to develop sales materials

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or master’s degree in marketing, business administration or a similar course of study
-Experience working with a CRM
-Experience creating and implementing a sales process
-Advanced communication skills and dynamic personality
-Ability to quickly adapt to change
-A passion for the Module product and concept.
-Previous experience in, or understanding of the real estate industry is a plus

Compensation:
This position has an annual base salary of $25K, with a sales commission of 1.5% for the closing sale of a home.In addition, flat bonuses will be awarded for closing incremental contracts throughout the sales process. Module provides a stipend for healthcare and a $500 yearly training stipend to be used for continuing education.
