The Role:
We’re looking for a growth and performance marketing expert to lead cross-channel growth and acquisition initiatives at Modern Fertility. You will work closely with the Modern Fertility founders to scope, plan, and launch all end-to-end performance and content campaigns across the lifecycle of the customer experience. This candidate will also lead the charge on testing–messaging, landing experiences, audiences, channels–working closely with engineering and design to iterate every day. This candidate will own analytics and measurement–mapping business goals to strategic growth initiatives and becoming the go-to expert on our customer’s online needs.

What you’ll do:
- Build a growth roadmap and managing marketing spend across multiple channels (paid, owned, earned) to meet business goals.
- Build out and optimize Modern Fertility’s email marketing program and be responsible for nurturing relationships with customers throughout the lifecycle
- Build out all growth-related analytics–setting performance benchmarks.
- Own dashboards and report out on experiments to rally the entire team around the roadmap.
- Lead our landing page strategy, development, and optimization. Work with the product and design teams to improve site experience in line with company goals.
- Put analytical rigor to Modern Fertility’s content–transforming educational content into a major organic traffic driver and supporting Modern Fertility’s content team with keyword planning and affiliates.
- Identify and test new channels to fold into growth plans. Make recommendations based on customer research, behavioral data, and new tech.

Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in acquisition marketing roles
- Hands-on development and execution of large-scale online acquisition campaigns
- Amazing analytical skills
- Demonstrable expertise in SEO, SEM, Social display, Email marketing, Content marketing, Referral marketing
