You will report to the Director of APAC and help grow Mistplay’s APAC business by on-boarding new mobile gaming clients from Korea. You will provide sales functions required to help grow the Mistplay client roster in the most profitable manner.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

● Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close revenue-generating mobile advertiser partnerships by effectively communicating the benefits of partnering up with Mistplay.
● Identify market trends, understand our partner's business goals, how they align with the strengths of our platform and anticipate future needs to determine ideal campaign setups.
● Provide sales management with detailed pipeline reports to manage expectations at all levels of the sales funnel.
● Create and execute sales pitches and presentations specifically positioned to mobile gaming advertisers.
● Collect and disseminate client feedback, product requests and needs to the Product team with quantifiable impact and justifications based on sound business cases.
● Travel, when required, to represent Mistplay at global industry conferences and events.
● Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, Product and Data teams, to ensure alignment with brand, marketing objectives, and client goals.
● Assist the APAC Director to launch the Mistplay app into the local market, including product localization, local partnerships, UA and Marketing activities, etc.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

● Bachelors' degree in Business or Communication or related fields.
● Minimum of 2-4 years of prior experience in a Sales position in a tech environment.
● Bring along a strong existing Network within the mobile gaming industry.
● Fluent in Korean and English (written and Verbal). Any additional Asian language is a strong asset.
● Have an outgoing, extroverted personality with a positive attitude at all times and a desire for continuous growth.
● Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy standards as required.
● Passion for games and strong interpersonal skills with a penchant for negotiation.
● You must have the ability to work flexible hours due to time difference with the Mistplay HQ, located in Montreal.
