PARTNERSHIPS
Mindset partners with I/O and OD consultants who feel their current toolset is limited, who want to truly differentiate their offering, or who are looking to minimize non-billable hours. We help consultants deliver high quality engagement, talent management, and leadership training solutions.

Our powerful employee engagement and diagnostic platform provides managers and leaders with contextual learning based on survey results. We link diagnostic data to actionable manager guidance, driving long term change within clients. This allows you to compete with larger consulting services while still maintaining a personal relationship with your clients.


HOW THE PARTNERSHIP WORKS
Our consulting partners work on a revenue share basis, keeping a percentage (10-30%) of the client’s software license fee. Partners do not have any up-front investments or fees.

While partners use our software to significantly enhance the scope and capabilities of projects with their clients, Mindset also refers clients and consulting projects directly to partners – we prefer to focus on the technology!

Whitelabel, use our existing diagnostic and/or pulse surveys and content, host your own proprietary surveys, or customize to be Partner or Client specific.

The Mindset platform comes pre-configured with Flow@Work, our validated survey model, along with manager guidance content for three distinct functional levels – Entry, Mid-Level, and Executive – as they each require different context in their feedback and suggested actions. Up to five levels can be utilized.

Everything is customizable - the survey, the manager guidance, and the logic and rules that determine the type of guidance a manager receives. You can easily incorporate existing client Training, Learning and Development or terminologies, giving partners the ability to create client-specific solutions that make you look like a wizard and produce true long-term value.
