Customer Success Product Specialist$50k – $70k
MightyText is seeking a Customer Success Product Specialist who is looking to make a positive impact within a team-driven startup environment. This position will play a key role in the customer experience and satisfaction with our company. As one of the core team members at MightyText, this Customer Success Specialist will be an integral part to the friendly assistance and timely resolution of customer issues by acting as the first point of contact through emails and social media.
What you’ll be doing
Be customers’ point person for product troubleshooting and debugging.
Respond to customer requests in a prompt and considerate manner.
Advise product and engineering teams on any forming trends that may impact the larger customer base
Escalate product bugs and potential user issues to wider team
Achieve expert working knowledge of our products and features
Identify process and product improvements to increase customer satisfaction
Work closely with customer success, engineering, and senior leadership on product development
Create canned responses, support articles, and other customer-facing content to accelerate customer resolution
Conduct product quality assurance, identify potential issues in different platforms, and create bugs or feature requests
Ability to problem solve and resolve issues
Detail oriented and analytical.
Strong team player but still a self-starter.
Excellent communication skills
Knowledgeable in SQL
Experience using Customer data platforms, such as Intercom
Previously worked at a startup or tech company
