Melio is a VC backed company with a mission to digitize B2B payments in the US. With over $5B paper checks being written every year between businesses, our goal is to wean businesses off paper checks.

The Position: The 3PL/logistics industry has been identified as a strategic focus for Melio's growth. You'll be a core employee in a tight-knit, dynamic and hands-on team. You’ll use your skills, experience, and connections to build a sales funnel and strategy. You should be passionate about succeeding, selling, building relationships and leveraging your industry experience.

The Responsibilities:
- Building/leveraging existing relationships to grow the Melio user base
- On-board new clients
- Manage and maintain relationships with active and potential accounts
- Be a team player lend credibility as a logistics industry expert
- Assist in tracking and resolving customer issues as it relates to your accounts
- Create content to promote Melio as an industry thought leader

The Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years experience working with 3PLs, fleets and load-boards
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Existing trust based relationships at many levels of the industry
- Passion for sales and business development
- Hands on experience with financial operations / payments
- BA/BSC or equivalent degree
