Dandy (formerly, Orthly) has a vision is to fix dentistry. We will bring the best privately owned dental practices online under one roof. We will supply the dentists with everything they need to do their best work (state-of-the-art tools, resources, marketing and patients). And we’ll provide patients with a trusted, convenient, and top-of-the-line dental experience.


By managing a team of inside sales and customer service agents, you’ll drive the customer journey from pre-sale to post-purchase. You will report directly to the CEO and manage our patient success team, interfacing with our growth, technology, and product teams. You ideally have experience with building and managing sales and/or support teams. To succeed in the role you must be collaborative, and able to empathize with end consumers; you should have experience balancing a desire for excellence with moving fast.


- Execute all aspects developing, coaching/mentoring, appraising, rewarding and holding the patient success team accountable for responsibilities and results.
- Lead the patient success hiring efforts to manage business growth.
- Set, reach and track targeted sales metrics and goals through effective management of daily operations utilizing a CRM and accurate forecasting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Identify and report on leading and lagging metric indicators to support the most reliable projections.
- Uncover customer needs, customer pain points and translating into product features and services that deliver value for both the organization and the customer.
- Work with product teams to build internal tooling to increase efficiency patient success rep efficiency.
- Be a voice for the customer internally!


- 4+ years of sales experience.
- 2+ years of sales or support management experience.
- You are excited about joining a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with chat and inbound phone systems.
- You are a self-starter who's able to move projects forward with little direction.
- You are willing to get hands dirty to do whatever it takes to ensure success.


- Have worked at a venture-scale startup.
- Have spent time in healthcare or marketplaces businesses.
- Have experience in e-commerce.
- Have both sales and support experience.
