Senior UI/UX Product Designer (m/f/x)

We’re now looking for a Senior ProductDesigner to help us develop and deliver impactful products.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own the design for one of our products and continuously strive to improve its usability and user experience via modern, clean, and functional design
• Analyze and develop an understanding of user flows to identify problems and requirements
• Draft smart designs, build mock-ups quickly and validate hypotheses
• Develop solutions together with the team, elaborate pixel-perfect UI designs
• Work closely with PMs and Devs to support the implementation process and quickly deliver high-quality output
• Improve the usability and user experience of our website, web-based, and mobile applications

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience working on both UX & UI with a proven track record of designing intuitive & usable interfaces, for web and mobile apps
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a similar field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in direct collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for implementation of designs
• Advanced skills in Figma
• Experience with launching digital products, ideally in a startup environment & in a Scrum or Kanban team
• Dedication to delivering an excellent user experience and a good eye for details
• Fluency in English required, German skills are a big plus
