Medicspot is an award-winning digital health startup delivering comprehensive GP consultations via a unique network of telemedicine clinics. We launched in 2016 with the vision to change lives through transformative healthcare, one community at a time. Since then, we’ve grown to over 250 clinics across the UK.

It works like this... patients pre-book an appointment or walk-in at one of our clinics and sit at a telemedicine station. A doctor joins via video chat and can use diagnostic devices to provide a remote, safe, clinical examination.

What will be your job roles?

You will be responsible for managing the business within your defined territory. You will apply a consultative selling approach to build the Medicspot network of partner pharmacies, install Medicspot clinics in those pharmacies and manage the pharmacies on an ongoing basis. This means you will be achieving sales, distribution, and engagement objectives.

You will also work across functions with marketing, customer service and product teams so that opportunities for growth can be identified and fulfilled.

> Use of telesales to grow the Medicspot pharmacy network in your territory.
> Setup clinics in new pharmacies and onboard pharmacy management and staff.
> Deliver strong stakeholder management for new and existing partners.
> Maintain the high level of service quality required from pharmacy partners by delivering training sessions and conducting regular audits.
> Work with customer service to ensure high service uptime.
> Ensure complete and accurate record keeping on our CRM.
> Maximise the revenue of your clinics and identify new growth opportunities.
> Generate excitement, pre-sell and launch new service lines in your territories.
> Attend key meetings, such as sales or business planning meetings.


What skills are needed?

Medicspot service quality is critical to our success and we want our partner pharmacies to be our biggest advocates. You will be expected to support pharmacies with delivering a great patient experience and actively uphold our patient-first values.

> Excellent communication skills
> Organisational skills to work independently
> Computer literate with CRM experience preferred
> Creative problem-solving skills
> Able to drive in the UK

Experience (preferred, not required)

> Healthcare or technology background
> Account management experience
> A recognised degree (or equivalent) qualification
