Maven is the virtual clinic dedicated to women’s and family health. Maven is looking for an Office Manager in our New York office. You will be responsible for making sure the day to day workings of our office (guests, deliveries, food and beverage budget, general office tidiness, liaising with building super) run smoothly and our employees (in office and remote) feel well taken care of by creating a positive, welcoming environment where people can do their best work.

As the Office Manager at Maven, you will:

* Be a culture carrier - embody our company values and make sure we’re always doing right by our people
* Have autonomy by owning a significant budget that includes food and beverage, events, and vendor management
* Host company events - including our annual summer retreat and holiday party, weekly lunches and breakfasts, family events, and happy hours
* Be responsible for our facilities - make sure our physical space is safe, clean, organized, and operating efficiently

We’re looking for you to bring:

* Proven experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You do not necessarily need to have prior Office Management experience (especially if you’ve worked in a restaurant or retail environment).
* Urgency! We are problem solvers and we move quickly - we want you to be, too.
* Professionalism. You will be the first impression guests have of our office and the main point of contact for many of our vendors. We want to make sure every visitor to our office feels welcome and taken care of, and every partner we work with feels like they are in good hands with you..

Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):

* Experience managing a monthly budget.
* Experience managing relationships with landlords and building maintenance teams.
* Experience managing events for 100+ people
