Maven is looking for a high energy, passionate, and experienced Client Success Team Leader to lead and coach Client Success Managers that manage our Enterprise and MidMarket accounts. Our thought leadership and consultative approach is one of our biggest strengths - we act as advisors and agents of change to our customers and we bring back their feedback requests to the rest of the team. We invest time in understanding our customer’s business needs and ensuring we build high awareness of our programs to attract employees into our benefit.

As a Client Success Team Leader at Maven, you will:

* Coach and develop a team of Client Success Managers to consistently improve our client experiences and communicate the value of Maven’s offerings
* Own post-sale client relationships, developing a regular client communication strategy and building out a client success team
* Evaluate user enrollment KPIs and liaise with the Growth and Marketing teams to hit and exceed company goals and objectives
* Explore and advise executive leadership on ways to improve client engagement and employee enrollment

We’re looking for you to bring:

* 5+ years of work experience in a client facing role
* Demonstrated leadership/management ability including tenure at a digital health company
* Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and people skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience partnering with cross functional teams to enable success 
* Positive attitude and willingness to take on multiple projects at once
* If you are not located in NYC, the position would require 25% travel to our NYC headquarters

* Experience working in a fast-paced growth stage startup
