As the General Manager, you’ll play a crucial role leading new market initiatives across the organization. You will own and drive the company’s highest priority growth initiatives and partner with key stakeholders across clinical, sales, marketing, product, and the executive team. You are both a visionary thinker and a master of operations, who has demonstrated the ability to develop a strategic vision and implement process at a fast growing company. You’re resourceful, nimble, efficient and laser-focused on outcomes and KPIs. In this role you will be required to move fast, think ahead, and juggle competing priorities while maintaining an extremely high quality output. Reporting directly into the COO, you will build a small but highly strategic team to help drive critical company initiatives.

As the General Manager, you will:

* Define future revenue streams and business opportunities to leverage Maven’s existing product and business assets 
* Analyze metrics, identify and address critical issues, weigh alternatives including cost, risk, and benefits, and develop solutions that support long term profit and growth
* Responsible for the development of building a business case for market opportunities, including scoping product, assessing the competition and market segmentation
* Develop the end-to-end plan in order to efficiently develop, launch and grow new revenue streams, lead and manage complex cross-functional efforts
* Partner with leadership team to define budget levels, resources, and prioritization/timing
* Create a path to understanding desirability, feasibility, and viability of new product efforts and solicit buy-in and resources again project plans
* Serve as the business owner on new market projects in order to drive accountability until scalability is required; will operationalize once maturity is reached 
* Evaluate the progress of innovation and adjusts the pace or direction of new projects in light of the company’s short-term and long-term strategic goals
* Build, lead, and manage a growing team through ongoing career development, nurturing a strong team culture, and ensuring high employee satisfaction

We’re looking for you to bring:

* Junior Partner / Principal or Senior Engagement Manager / Senior Project Lead role from a top-notch consulting firm and/or senior strategy & operations role at fast-growth tech company
* Preferred MBA degree but not required
* Possess excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw insights, and develop actionable recommendations
* Humble with ability and desire to roll up sleeves and be hands on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
* Ability to develop strong relationships with executive management and influence cross-functional leadership to drive positive business outcomes
